Big Changes: Heading Back to Sedona, Arizona!

In January, I had the opportunity to interview with Shoutout Arizona, and speak about some of my favorite subjects! Check out the full article hereSpeaking of Arizona, Sedona is calling again! I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Sedona in October 2021 to visit Clare Licher of Phibee Aromatics, where I had the chance to partake in native plant collection and distillation. Clare & Max Licher distill native Arizona plants into the most exquisite essential oils... most which I had never heard of before browsing their apothecary! A quote from their website, “Clare speaks nationally and internationally on the aromatic plants of the Southwest, and has written for Aromatherapy Today and the International Journal of Clinical Aromatherapy. She also has consulted on numerous international distillation projects, and has conducted volunteer distillation trainings, sponsored by Partners of the Americas and Prosperity Catalyst, in both Jamaica and Haiti.”

I am BEYOND thankful to say that I will be returning to Sedona for an extended stay, to continue my distillation education, work hands on with aromatic plants, and witness the magic of essential oil production. My plan is to bring this knowledge back home, and distill native New England plants into sustainable essential oils. To learn more about Phibee Aromatics, check out their website here.

First and foremost, THANK YOU to everybody who has shown support over the years, and especially over the last month since I announced that our doors are (temporarily) closing! Over the years since 42020 Visionaries was brought to life, I have learned so much about my craft, business, communication, and most of all myself and my passion for aromatics. Of course, there have been ups and downs, but I wouldn’t change a thing. I know that there is so much more to be learned, and for that I cannot wait. None of this would be possible without the continued support I’ve received from friends, family, and strangers who turned to friends over the years. I can’t thank you all enough, and am looking forward to bringing this knowledge back to the East Coast, where I will continue to work with aromatic plants and botanical formulation.

Please feel free to reach out via email ( anytime over the next few months! I look forward to updating everyone as time goes on, and staying in touch with those I have come to know. :)
